Salary: £30,000 (Guaranteed commission available for first 12 months) Commission: Uncapped. OTE £101,000.

About the role

Following our re-brand in summer 2021, we now want to work with a super talented and ambitious Mortgage Advisers that want an exciting new challenge that provides an opportunity to increase your own income targets.

You will become an integral part of our vision in providing expert mortgage & protection advice throughout the UK.

As an adviser within our firm, you’ll have a dedicated support team around you to ensure you can challenge yourself and reach your full potential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with new & existing customers
  • Providing advice on a number of regulated & non-regulated mortgage products
  • Providing advice on protection products such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover & Income Protection
  • Working closely within a team to support homeowners with roles such as Paraplanners, Case Managers, Completion managers & Lead Generators
  • Identify new opportunities and potential referrals
  • Provide advice, knowledge and service levels that surpass a customer’s expectations
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with other members within the business including our marketing team
  • Office Based Role close to major motorway links and central train stations

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience minimum, in a consumer focussed advisory role, with a proven track record of delivering quality sales
  • Excellent presentation sills with outstanding listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion, creativity, energy and enthusiasm are a must!
  • Be a proactive, self-starter with a go-getter attitude – capable of having the confidence to work with customers purchasing a wide array of properties across the

UK

  • Familiar with industry leading technology in mortgage & protection sourcing
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification

    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Location: North West – we will would expect the individual to be close enough to commute to our head office in Warrington but the role may require travel across the whole country where suitable relationships can be built with partners.

    Reporting To: Head Of Sales, Founder, Head Of Operations

    Salary: £40-45K starting + £5K car allowance p/a

    Job Description:

    UKMC’s Business Development Manager will be responsible from growing the level of quality business being introduced. The right candidate will be able to unlock new introducers, maintain relationships from a wide range of sectors and be able to carry out Introducer training either in-person or online.

    They will be responsible for maintaining our partnership with a National Estate Agency and improving the quality of knowledge across all of their locations.

    The individual will need to be self-motivated and passionate and to work closely with the UKMC team to ensure positive consumer outcomes.

    The role will be involved in a new bonus scheme which ensure the quality of work is maintained with both upfront and completion bonuses available.

    Reporting to: Sales Manager/Ops Manager/Founder
