Started in the world’s smallest office
Our first office
We started in the world’s smallest office in 2016 in- and have only gotten bigger since! From small beginnings we built a service that puts people at the heart of everything.

First shop front office
Honiton Way, Penketh
Opened up our first shop front office at Honiton Way, Penketh in 2017 and rebranded to WMC. This enabled us to assist a local community with all of their mortgage needs.

Second office
Warrington Town Centre
We opened a second office in the town centre, May 2021. This extended our reach further – and our ability to help people on their home ownership journey.

Moved our business into the town centre office
Office Move
We moved from our initial site in Penekth to Buttermarket Street in January 2022.
New location, same straightforward mortgage advice for all.

Our team keeps growing
Expanding the team
The business started with just Sam & Ray – fast forward a few years, and there are now 20 of us. There’s also an office dog. We’ll only get bigger and better from here.

Full Rebrand
Introducing UKMC
In June 2023 we decided to do a full rebrand and turn WMC into a national business – UKMC. Our transformation from small local service to nationwide mortgage experts is complete. No matter where you are in the UK, we are here to help.
